As a military child, Louis grew up in Texas, Alabama, Panama, Madrid, and California. Ultimately, he attended the University of Southern California where he studied Narratives Arts.

Louis' first job was writing commercials for an ad agency

His Second Job was researching the homeless for UCLA

He work in Nissan's product Development Division

He became an English & Film Teacher in Los Angeles

Louis is a father of two boys

He grew up with two parents

three younger sisters, and an older brother

He is producing his first feature film,

an Interactive Narrative that organizes

locals to produces stories that create

local media economies.

is inspired by real-life events where he discovered public schools in Los Angeles are controlled by a secret group of billionaires living in Beverly Hills.
